For this report i will be looking at the radio station KISSTORY, a national digital radio station owned by Bauer Radio as part of the KISS Network. The KISS Network is made up of Kiss FM UK, KISSTORY and KISS FRESH which is all targeted at 15 - 34yr olds and entertains this demographic better than any other Bauer Media brand meaning is is very successful at meeting the needs of this demographic which is described as "hard-to-reach", this has made it the UK's largest multimedia brand for engaging this brand over its multiple touchpoints. This radio station is a sister station to KISS Radio and focuses on playing "old skool & anthems", essentially older songs between 1990s and late 2000s, this sets the target audience to be older teems/ younger adults (15-34) with a 60/40 female to male split but united by the common interest and ideals for loving music, especially the songs they feel nostalgia towards.

As this station is based in the UK and it is a national radio station, it is assumable that it targets the UK and bases its content around them, however it's stated that the audience is predominantly urban however is increasing nationally to reach less populated areas showing how this station helps with the sharing of ideals and trends. Moreover it reaches a younger audience by having trending content on its shows ranging from topics on music, films, travel and technology which is all topics which would be popular with a younger audience compared to the content seen on shows such as BBC Radio 4 which is more political.
The programs on this radio station consists of breakfast shows, competitions and magazine shows, all of these feature presenters and content intended on entertaining 15 - 34yr olds. The breakfast show is presented by Rickie, Melvin and Charlie, the content is in the form of a magazine show where they just talk about things going on in their lives and what is popular at the minute. This is broadcasted every weekday between 6-10am

In terms of adverts, all of the adverts are quite short, looking to be between 15 and 30 seconds in length and tend to only have 3 to 4 adverts at a time, this is because audiences don't want to have to listen to adverts when they are trying to
